Volunteering with the Alliance

Volunteering with the Alliance

What do volunteers do?

Volunteers help in many different ways. There are roles in wards, clinics and in public areas.

Our volunteers all help to directly support patients and their families and a big part of any volunteer role is talking and listening to patients. We take volunteers aged 17 or above and do not require you to have any specific skills, training or experience.

In return you will get:

A quality experience
An opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge
Out of pocket expenses
An Award certificate for hours given
A reference
And an amazing opportunity to make a real difference …..
